Human Resources (HR) Internship in Gurgaon at Satin Creditcare Network Limited
Satin Creditcare Network Limited launched its operations as a provider of individual and small business loans and savings services to urban lenders in 1990. Our business is primarily based on the Joint Liability Group model, which allows us to provide collateral-free, microcredit facilities to economically active women in both rural and semi-urban areas, who otherwise have limited access to mainstream financial service providers.

About The Internship
Selected day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Create and update job descriptions
- Find applicant sources from different channels such as from different job board platforms like Naukri, various social media platforms like LinkedIn, etc.
- Review application forms and resumes
- Take interviews via video, phone, and in-person
- Recommend new policies and practices to improve the attractiveness of the organization
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the hiring manager
- Work with managers to determine future hiring requirements
